Is this legal advice?

No. ComplyHQ is not a law firm and the Starter Pack is a compliance operations service, not legal advice. We set up practical policies, registers, and processes based on the PDPA and published PDPC guidance. For complex or contested matters, we'll tell you plainly when you should speak to a lawyer.

Does the PSG Grant apply to the Starter Pack?

No — the PSG subsidy applies to ComplyHQ subscription plans, not to this one-time service. The Starter Pack's S$599 fee is paid in full. If you continue on a paid plan after your included 3 months of Pro, PSG support may apply to the subscription as usual.

How much of my time does it take?

Plan for roughly 2–3 hours total: the fit call, one 60-minute discovery session, a short questionnaire, and the handover walkthrough. We do the rest.

What happens after the 3 months of Pro?

You choose. Stay on Pro, drop to Starter, or move to the Free tier — your policies, assessment, and data inventory remain accessible either way. There's no lock-in and nothing renews automatically without your say-so.

Do you file things with ACRA or act as our corporate secretary?

No. The Starter Pack covers data protection (PDPA) compliance only. We're not a corporate secretarial firm or a registered filing agent — annual returns, AGMs, and statutory registers under the Companies Act are outside our scope. We do guide you through registering your DPO's contact details on BizFile+, which any officer of your company can do directly.
